In the process of writing these stories I discovered that some of the events which were so very scary and painful at the time, had lost their sting  and with the distance of years I was even able to chuckle at them. The old adage that ‘time heals all things’ proved true.

Since compiling, formatting, illustrating, and producing this book, single handedly, I’ve learned that a book is so much more than just an item picked off a shelf to fill some leisure time with. Books have always been an important part of my life but working on this book left me in total awe.
